Pasifika denotes the Polynesian culture and people in the geographical region of the South Pacific. Pasifika cuisine is characterized by an abundance of tropical vegetables and fruits, seafood, and foods introduced during colonization. One of those foods is corned beef. Pasifika Corned Beef Brisket  LLC opened in August 2018 Magna, Utah, as a USDA approved wholesale meat supplier and distributor.

 

Pasifika Corned beef Kitchen shortly opened next door to the meat plant to showcase our corned beef brisket, made fresh to order, steamed or smoked. In addition to the delicious corned beef brisket, Pasifika Kitchen offers other Polynesian favorites such as chop suey, lamb curry, turkey tail, teriyaki chicken, Pork sausage, oka (raw fish), palusami and more. We also offer baked goods such as puligi, masi, keke saiga and panipopo.
