Pasifika Kitchen provides catering of all our kitchen favorites and also specialty dishes that are not featured on our regular menu. No matter the size of your event, let us take care of the cooking for you!

Booking your event - Please completely fill out our catering form first. One of our catering staff will reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm if date is available. 

Deposit requirement - A deposit of 75% of the estimated event costs will be required to secure the date. The remaining balance will be due 10 calendar days prior to your event.

Changing an order - We will make every effort to accommodate any last minute changes. Please understand that if any changes are made less than 72 hours before your event, we will not be able to guarantee additions and reductions will be billed to the extent that the food has already been prepared. 

Delivery - We are more than happy to deliver. The minimum food order for delivery is $1500.00. This only applies to Salt Lake City County. Anything outside, we charge by the mileage. 

Full Service - Our service staff is prompt and friendly. We arrive on time, set up your event, service your event and break down of your event. Hire a service event and leave all the details to us! A 35% service charge and gratuity will be applied to food and beverage totals on all events with staff. 

Cancellation Policy -

Events/Catering cancelled 35 calendar days before the event day will only receive a 50% refund. All cancellation after the 35th day will only receive credit good for 1 year.
